A different chapter: Wide-Field images: The M8 region…

Hi all!

A new image has been uploaded to the web site. This time, we start a new chapter as, for some time, we will be imaging with a wonderful TOA refractor 130mm f/5.7. The first region to be imaged and processed has been the Messier 8 region. This image spans nearly 3×3 degrees and grabs M8, M20 and IC4685. The image has been enriched with higher resolution narrowband Luminance (combining Ha, OIII and SII) of the cores of all three nebulae, taken with the 20 inch. You can find it at:
