Hi all,

An image of the region containing the Tarantula Nebula, NGC 2070, has been uploaded. This area is intensely creating new, hot, young blue stars. The image also displays the remains of some supernova explosions. Among these, many of us still remember the supernova that exploded in 1987 (SN 1987A). Its remains are visible (please, look also the cropped images) in the image. Very few amateur images of this remnant can be found online. You can find the image at:
