Hi all,

A new image of Messier 20, taken with a 24 inch scope, has been uploaded. This iconic nebula, depicting three nebula types (emission, reflection and dark nebulae) hosts what most probably is the youngest open cluster in our galaxy. Unfortunately for us, it is still only visible in the infra-red part of the spectrum, invisible for us (yet).

    1. Thank you Albert!! This is something that I have been doing since some years ago. Actually, I have also blended Gs with OIII (to get the Green contribution more accurately). This is not omportant for this image, but other nebulas shine better with that…
      I congratulate you for your new collection of images. Keep up!!
