Hi all,
A deep image of NGC 55 has been uploaded. This galaxy is very similar in structure to the LMC (SBm spiral) and it is about 7 million light-years away. The stunning peculiarity of it is the huge amount of interstellar gas (aka nebulae) that is inside this galaxy. In order to grab them, deep images with Ha and OIII filters were taken.
