Hi all,
A new image, this time the globular cluster Messier 69, has been uploaded. This cluster lies in the proximity of the galactic bulge, what confers it special properties (metallicity, tidal radius, …). You can find the image as well as some more detailed information at:

Hi all,
An image of IC 410, the Tadpoles Nebula, has been uploaded to the web site. This nebula is very often imaged and very well known, but its beauty deserves another image. You can find it, as well as some more information at:

Hi all,
A reprocessed image of Melotte 15 (the core of the Heart Nebula) has been uploaded. This new image has additional 15 hours of Halpha as well as a slightly different color combination (based on the Hubble palette). You can find the image at:

Hi all,
An image of a globular, Messier 15, has been uploaded. This globular did undergo a core collapse and its core region is just 1.4 light years in diameter. It contains an intermediate mass black hole. You can find the image as well as some more information at:

Hi all,
An image of Messier 67, the King Cobra Cluster, has been uploaded. This one is a very interesting cluster. Being very old (the oldest in the Messier Catalog) it contains Blue Stragglers and even exoplanets (11 candidates) have been detected in M67. You can find the image as well as some more information at:

Hi all,
An image of a globular cluster (Messier 14) located in the constellation Ophiuchus has been uploaded. The first ever photographed nova (1932) exploded in M14. Anyhow, this nova was not discovered until 1964, when some astronomers were studying older images of M14. You can find the image and some more info at:

Hi all,
An image of another Messier open cluster (M23) has been uploaded. This cluster lies at about 2,000 light years from us, but still close enough to have the Milky Way as background. You can find the image as well as some more info at:

Hi all,
We retake the activity by uploading an image of Messier 48, an open cluster in the constellation Hydra. This is a cluster with a very low metallicity and about 80 stars in it. You can find the image and more info at:
Enjoy!

Hi all,
An image of the Soap Bubble Nebula has been uploaded. This nebula was discovered in July 2008 by amateur astronomer David Jurasevich. The nebula itself is very dim and it is revealed by taking long exposures through an OIII filter. You can find the image and some more information at:
