Hi all,
An image of M12, one of the 29 globulars that are present in the Messier Catalog, has been uploaded. This cluster was stripped of about one Million of low mass stars during, supposedly, one crossing through denser parts of the Milky Way. You can find the information and the image at:
Enjoy,

Hi all,
An image of Ptolemy’s Cluster, M7, has been uploaded. This cluster lies just in front of the Milky Way band and, therefore, has a beautiful, starry, compact background. You can find it at:

Hi all,
Still another Messier object. This time the nice galaxy M74. Its very low surface brightness makes it a difficult object. It needed about 20 hours to show its splendor. You can find it at:

Hi all,
An image of the Cygnus Wall (fragment of NGC 7000) has been uploaded. This is an important star birth region. This image has been color mapped according to a modified Hubble color palette. You can find it at:

Hi all,
The image that has been uploaded today, has a strong scientific content. It is the image taken in a project with Prof. Gvaramadze (Moscow) of ALS 19653, a blue supergiant star surrounded by two gas shells. You can find the image and the whole story at:

Hi all,
An image of the Type I Seyfert galaxy NGC 1566 has been uploaded. Sometimes called “the Spanish Dancer” galaxy, NGC 1566 is considered a “variable” galaxy, in terms of its variability of the broad lines that define its classification as Type I. You can find the image and additional explanation at:

Hi all,
An image of Messier 6, a beautiful open cluster, has been uploaded. This image is part of the project, started a few months ago, to have images of all Messier objects, with high resolution telescopes.
You can find the image, as well as additional information at:
Enjoy,

Hi all,
The previous image of NGC 261 has been updated with additional data, this time the resulting image is a 2 panel mosaic. This nebula is located in the Small Magellanic Cloud and it is surrounded by many emission nebulae and open clusters. You can find the new image in the previous page at:

Hi all,
An image of IC 4633 surrounded by a beautiful Integrated Flux Nebula has been uploaded. This galaxy is located in the relatively poorly studied constellation Apus. You can find the image as well as some more information at:
